  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients and projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing regular updates on products, services, and new offerings. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. This includes market analysis, competitor monitoring, and identifying new market segments.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, including their technical specifications, applications, and competitive advantages.
  • Quoting and Bidding: Prepare and present detailed quotes, bids, and proposals to clients. Follow up on all submissions to ensure timely responses and negotiations.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and sales data in the company's CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the production, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery of products.

المتطلبات

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the construction or metal manufacturing industries. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred (preferred but not required).
  • Skills:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently.
  • Other:
  • A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required for travel to client sites and meetings.
  • Willingness to travel locally.
