• Actively search and recruit new franchise partners within the district.
• Conduct presentations and orientations for potential franchisees.
• Assist in the setup, onboarding, and monitoring of new franchise branches.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in operations, sales, or franchise management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledgeable in local markets and online selling communities (especially in Cebu).
• Willing to travel within the assigned district.
