The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading and managing the sales operations within a designated geographic area. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, achieving sales targets, and expanding customer relationships to drive revenue growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding regional sales targets.
• Experience in managing and developing sales teams.
• Familiarity with regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Industry-specific experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
• Strong customer relationship management (CRM) capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Preferably residing in Pampanga, Tarlac or Neuva Ecija
