Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies within the food industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
Train and mentor team members for optimal performance.
Daily monitoring of inventory

Job Title: Sales Manager
Experience Level: 5-10 Years in Food Industry
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 4 year's college grad is required for this position and good in English
Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Quality Audit, Training, B2B Sales, Inventory Management, Cash & Credit Management, Retail Marketing, CRM software, and MS Excel.
Responsibilities: Manage sales targets, conduct training, oversee inventory and warehousing operations, and handle customs processes.
Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel.
Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
