Manage the lifecycle of security solution products (hardware, software, and integrated systems).
Research and analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Assist in product planning, pricing strategies, and positioning.
Provide technical knowledge and support to the sales team for client presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product updates, training, and certifications.
Develop product documentation, presentations, and training materials.
Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote security solutions.
Monitor product performance, sales results, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Conduct product training and knowledge-sharing sessions for internal teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards for all solutions offered.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in product management, sales, or technical support.
Strong understanding of solar power systems and networking technologies.
Excellent presentation, communication, and client-handling skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working cross-functionally.
