A Sales Manager leads and supervises sales teams to achieve revenue goals by developing sales strategies, setting targets, training and mentoring staff, analyzing sales data, and managing daily operations of the sales department. Key responsibilities include managing the sales process, building customer relationships, and reporting on performance to senior management. Key


Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and motivate sales representatives.
  • Performance Management: Set sales targets and quotas, monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client and distributor relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting: Compile and analyze sales data to create reports on performance for senior management.
  • Background: Must have background in B2B FMCG or Diaper Industry is an advantage.

  • Leadership: The ability to guide, mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Communication & Customer Service: Excellent skills in relationship building and providing outstanding customer service.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager in distribution, FMCG, trading, or similar industry. (NCR area)
  • Strong understanding of distribution models, channel management, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel as needed.
  • Can start immediately.
