Role and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming sales inquiries (no cold calling)
• Consult parents via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Convert leads into enrollments and close deals
• Maintain client records and follow up using CRM
• Issue invoices and meet sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or client-facing experience
• Strong communication and closing skills
• Customer-focused, goal-driven, and organized
• Interest in education and working with parents
• CRM experience
• Fluent in English
• Own laptop or PC with stable internet connection
