● Implement strategic business plan to develop more clients and ensure the Company’s strong presence in his assigned territory.

● Manage the performance and sales growth/targets of his sales team.

● Forecast sales and revenues of his assigned territory.

● Ensure sales team’s adherence to sales processes and protocols.

● Maximize sale of existing and slow & non-moving SKUs through proper planning and coordination.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• With at least 3 years experience in Construction, lighting, tiles & paint
• With at least 3 years experience in handling project
• Proficient in Ms Office & Powerpoint
• With organization & leadership skills
