  • Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed revenue targets at Optimized Customer Solutions Inc, Cavite branch, a leading wholesale/distributor.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to expand customer base and maintain strong market presence.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports to inform management decisions.
  • Nurture key client relationships and negotiate contracts to maximize profit.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and company policies.
