Lead and manage national sales and marketing operations.
Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and partners nationwide.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Manage sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and product positioning.
Coordinate with product, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor KPIs, sales performance, and prepare monthly reports.
Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team across regions.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
Strong knowledge of Philippine motorcycle market and dealer network.
Proven ability to lead national sales teams and achieve targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willing to travel nationwide as required.
Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
Passion for motorcycles is an advantage.
