Responsibilities

• Lead and support the sales team to hit target

• Provide technical solutions and product demos

•Develop and implement effective sales strategies, technical presentations, and promotional activities.

•Provide product demonstrations and technical support to clients before and after sales.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical requirements and providing suitable solutions.

•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.

•Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses to identify business opportunities and trends.

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

•At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or technical sales role.

•Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

•Technical aptitude and ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.

•Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

•Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

•Knowledge in industrial & engineering is an advantage.
