الوصف

Market Identification & Client Acquisition:

  • Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries, businesses, and decision-makers that require aerospace fabrication solutions.
  • Analyze industry trends, competition, and client needs to position the company effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and engaging key decision- makers.
  • Build strategic relationships with businesses in aerospace, aviation, defense, and other industries requiring precision metal fabrication.


Sales & Business Development:

  • Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with our capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, project execution, and after-sales support.


Negotiation & Closing Deals:

  • Develop customized sales strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing in alignment with company policies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain relationships for repeat business opportunities.


Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.


Work Location:

  • Phase 7C Laguna Technopark Mamplasan, Biñan City


Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday 7:00am-4:00pm
  • Salary Range: ₱18,000-25,000 depending on experience and potential

المتطلبات

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aerospace, metal fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong ability to research and identify niche markets and high-potential customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record in developing and closing business deals.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
