  • Implements sales and marketing activities to ensure targets on sales and collection are achieved.
  • Manages daily upkeep of accounts/stores in assigned areas.
  • Establishes good relations with clients.
  • Prepares the required documents to facilitate sales closure.
  • Checks supply of products and ensures timely and accurate delivery.
  • Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a well-planned coverage and systematic selling procedure.
  • Ensure Delivery of Orders and Collects accounts for remittance to head office.
  • Submits Required Reports based on established timelines.
  • Ensures Selling tools (Motor, Van, Documents, POP materials,) and Products are sufficient and well maintained.
  • Job Title: Sales Coordinator
  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in negotiation, excellent communication, strong selling skills, knowledge of retail sales, and sales and marketing strategies.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate sales activities, support sales teams, handle customer inquiries, and assist in marketing initiatives.
