Conduct site visits to assist with inspections, customer consultations, and sales coordination
Assist the sales team in presenting service packages and quotations on-site
Coordinate between clients and technicians to ensure clear understanding of job requirements
Follow up with clients after site visits to support closing deals
Provide real-time updates on customer needs, project scope, and client feedback
Identify and report opportunities for upselling or additional services during site visits
Represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner at all times
Deliver documents or coordinate pick-up of contracts, down payments, and other field-related tasks when needed

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Field experience in sales support or coordination (especially in the aircon or HVAC industry) is a great advantage
With a pleasing personality and professional appearance
Willing to travel daily for fieldwork and client site visits
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of aircon systems is a plus but not required
Can work independently and follow instructions reliably
Own motorcycle or means of transportation is an advantage
High school graduates with experience are welcome to apply; college-level or graduates preferred
