Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
Coordinate and track sales orders, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and sales databases.
Assist in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to streamline sales operations.
Support sales representatives in preparing for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
Monitor and analyze sales data to prepare performance reports for management.
Handle internal communication to ensure sales strategies are executed effectively.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
