Marketing & Prospecting: Engage in ongoing local marketing, and identify potential and existing clients.
Client Consultations: Conduct aesthetic assessments, consultations, and set goals tailored to client needs.
Risk & Service Assessment: Evaluate risk factors and recommend appropriate services.
Sales & Revenue: Meet sales targets and handle collections as set by management.
Client Onboarding: Guide clients through orientation, initial scheduling, and medical exams.
Documentation & Records: Maintain all necessary client and service-related documentation.
After-Sales Support: Provide personalized follow-up (e.g., thank-you and birthday cards).
Collaboration: Work with clinical teams for service delivery.
Client Monitoring: Track and report on client progress and outcomes.
Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Aesthetics, or related field (preferred)
Certification or training in aesthetics or skincare (advantageous but not required)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, dermatology, or wellness industry
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and client acquisition
Experience with consultative selling and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
Good knowledge of skincare, beauty treatments, and aesthetic procedures
Ability to understand and explain clinical/aesthetic procedures to clients clearly and confidently
Customer service-focused with a warm and professional demeanor
Highly motivated, goal-driven, and confident
Presentable and well-groomed at all times
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive client information confidentially
