Job Overview

Stone for Gold Pte. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our retail team! If you enjoy providing tailored product advice, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting daily store operations, we’d love to hear from you. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in upholding our brand experience and store excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations
• Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals
• Meet and aim to exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Guide customers through the sales process, from inquiry to purchase
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product tagging
• Stay current on product features, new collections, and brand story
• Collaborate with the team on in-store events, product launches, and promotions
• Support administrative duties such as reporting sales and customer feedback

• Minimum of a high school diploma (Diploma or Bachelor’s degree is an advantage)
• Sales background is preferred but not required — we value individuals who are quick to adapt and eager to learn

• Strong attention to detail and basic proficiency in handling POS systems
