Sales Support Associate (Entry level)

You will be joining a fast-growing online division, who will be responsible for providing post-sales support to new and existing customers, as well as managing orders by liaising with all internal stakeholders.

What you'll be working on:

• Liaise with customers on live chat and inbound calls for pre-sales enquiries, including the recommendation of products, providing quotations, and taking orders
• Maintain a strong and positive relationship with all customers, and ensure swift fulfillment of all customer needs
• Provide assistance to senior project managers for the preparation, compilation and presentation of larger commercial fit-out projects

What we're looking for:

• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with experience in a fast-paced sales / customer service environment
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Shopify
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite including Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel skills
• Experience working with international clients is a plus!
• Accuracy and attention to detail essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a highly productive team
