  • Approach and negotiate with Big Marts and Supermarkets for product placement
  • Build and Maintain strong relationships with small retailers and ensure consistent orders
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns
  • Manage product display and ensure stock availability
  • Persistent and confident in approaching retailers and supermarket buyers
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales, retail distribution is not compulsory but an advantage
  • Ability to work independently with results-driven mindset
