QT Solutions Corporation is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Intern to support our business development and outreach efforts. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client acquisition in the tech and consultancy space. 

You’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy — helping us identify leads, initiate contact with potential clients, and support digital marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our business development and marketing teams and have a chance to contribute directly to revenue-generating activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Research and identify potential clients or target markets through online tools and databases. 
• Perform cold outreach through emails, calls, and social media platforms. 
• Maintain and update our CRM system with lead information and follow-up actions. 
• Support the creation of sales materials such as pitch decks, email templates, and marketing collateral. 
• Assist in planning and executing email campaigns or social media campaigns to drive awareness and engagement. 
• Schedule meetings or calls between prospects and the sales team. 
• Track outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, call outcomes) and generate weekly reports. 
• Attend internal team meetings and contribute ideas to improve lead generation and conversion efforts. 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations with strangers. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, or email automation platforms is a plus. 
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
