The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive sales, promote products or services, and strengthen the company’s market presence. This role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and executing marketing initiatives to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leads, and partnerships.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities.
• Maintain and update sales records, reports, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, HR) to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
• Represent the company in networking events, trade shows, and client meetings.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools (social media, CRM, email marketing).
• Results-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
