Responsibilities

• Organize and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services, including telemarketing, email outreach to prospective clients in the Philippines and abroad, and social media posting.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, including goal setting, target market identification, and competitor research.
• Generate and qualify leads, engage potential clients, and build strong customer relationships.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Provide ongoing client support to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of a four-year college course.
• With prior marketing work experience in the manning or shipping industry (preferred).
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM tools is a plus.
