We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our medical services, strengthen client relationships, and drive patient growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and outreach strategies to promote the medical centre’s services.
• Identify and engage potential corporate clients, insurance partners, and community organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, patients, and referral sources.
• Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and health awareness programs.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and service trends.
• Manage social media, digital marketing, and branding initiatives in line with the centre’s vision.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, patient feedback, and business performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
• A proactive, ethical, and customer-focused approach.
