Position: Business Development Associate (for Davao Branch)

Job Qualification:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administration/Real Estate Management or any related field.
• Minimum of at least 1-5 years of relevant working experience in Real Estate Appraisal industry (sales or account manage) with a wide array of clientele or network.
• Licensed broker/appraiser an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
• Above average communication skills (verbal and written) together with effective negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Basic background or familiarity of real estate appraisal reports.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets/deadlines.
• Must be willing to work on office based set-up and a resident near Davao City.
• Available to start anytime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and contracts subject to approval of the President.
• Process request for appraisal services.
• Manage and ensure a smooth flow of the appraisal process by coordinating with technical group and the client as often as necessary.
• Ensure completion of requirement (documents and payment) from clients before processing request.

Requirements

• With experience in appraisal and valuation industry is a plus.
