- Sales quota attainment.
- Seller recruitment and activation.
- Monitor performance of assigned seller's network.
- Closely monitors sales activity results and seller's pipelines.
- Prepare weekly sales report.
- Conducts product presentations and updates.
- Provides assistance to accredited broker's in presenting the project details to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Sales experience is an advantage, preferably in real estate, or similar industries.
- Proficient in reports.
- Confident in delivering product presentations and providing timely updates on project offerings.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
