Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service across our e-commerce channels
Manage orders, returns, and transactions efficiently on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
Host engaging and informative live-selling sessions to promote products and drive conversions
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment
Assist in uploading, updating, and optimizing product listings
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan promotions, bundles, and campaigns tailored to our target audience

A graduate of any 4-year business-related course
Excellent in communication — both on-camera and in customer conversations
Knowledgeable or willing to learn about nailcare, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, and food & beverage trends
Confident in live selling, with a friendly and persuasive personality
Tech-savvy and familiar with major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok)
Detail-oriented, a team player, and eager to grow in the e-commerce and digital retail space
Previous experience in beauty or F&B retail, customer service, or live selling is a plus
