The Service Advisor / Sales Admin Assistant is mainly responsible in receiving customer vehicles, performs customer consultation on vehicle concerns. Upsell products and services. Prepares repair order and tracks its status. Provides customer update and performs vehicle handover to customer. 

• Point person handling all aftersales concern.
• Communicates with the Technicians, Customers, and Management.
• Prepares weekly reports for all the services done both outside and within the service station.
• Maintains positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering; Mechanical-related Work
• Able to communicate and empathize with clients
• Basic understanding of appointment setting; concept of follow up
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Results-Oriented; With Driver's License is a plus
