Qualifications

1.   With at least 1 year experience in Sales Department

2.   Knowledge in all kinds of social media platforms for sales application

3.   Bachelor's degree in business or marketing

Responsibilities:

• Addressing customer inquiries (via Meta, Viber, and emails) such as the product itself, price, and availability.
• Process orders smoothly and maintain records timely to support sales team’s efficiency.
• Knowledge in products and improving sales cycle for the betterment of the sales team.
• Collaborating with the sales team to support client needs and facilitate sales.
• Coordinate with the Logistics on the status of orders for dispatching and preparation of sales documents.
• Other tasks assigned by the General Manager.
