  • Handling and monitoring of reservation accounts generated by the Sellers for project
  • Handling and monitoring of accounts generated by the Sellers for all brands / all projects in terms of booking, and contract preparation requests.
  • Responsible for generating sales production reports and other necessary data for Sales Services Group
  • Organization of day to day operations of Sales Admin
  • Responsible for forwarding post booking concerns


  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management, Marketing, Finance or any equivalent
  • Experienced in sales / sales documentation of Real Estate projects
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Good in verbal and written communications
  • Good attention to details
  • Self starter / can work with minimal supervision
