- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify new sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
- Work closely with marketing to align promotional efforts.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in public speaking, Salesforce, and competitor analysis; strong sales support and management skills.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional travel for outside sales.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
