We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and closing advertising sales deals. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in various industries to promote advertising solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Present, negotiate, and close advertising deals with businesses and brands.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop effective advertising campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive analysis, and emerging advertising technologies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the advertising or media industry.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of digital advertising, media buying, and traditional advertising platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
