- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage the rental process, including negotiating contracts, scheduling deliveries, and handling payments.
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Track and manage accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery.
- Prepare and present monthly sales reports and performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in heavy equipment or construction industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with heavy machinery and equipment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Commitment to meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
