  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, construction materials, or B2B sales.
  • Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including specifications, materials, and project management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and CRM software.
  • Must be willing to travel within the assigned territory and conduct regular site visits.
  • Ability to speak English, Bisaya, and Tagalog is a plus.
