We’re on the lookout for a talented RPA Developer with deep expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360) and Python scripting to help us streamline operations and drive intelligent automation across the organization.

What You Must Bring (Non-Negotiables):

• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360 preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation
• Solid grasp of the full RPA lifecycle: assessment, development, deployment, and monitoring
• Experience with API integration, JSON/XML handling, and robust error management
• Ability to manage multiple automation projects independently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3+ years of RPA development experience (2+ years with Automation Anywhere)
• Proven Python automation experience (data processing, web scraping, system integration)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Automation Anywhere certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy bots using Automation Anywhere and Python
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
• Maintain and enhance existing bots for performance and reliability
• Monitor bot activity and troubleshoot issues
• Document technical specifications and user guides
• Ensure automation solutions meet security and governance standards
• Support and train end-users and junior developers
