Operate bulldozers to move soil, rock, gravel, or other materials.
Perform site clearing, grading, trench backfilling, and slope shaping.
Follow directions from site foremen or engineers for site layout and grading levels.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance to ensure safety and performance.
Keep equipment clean and report any damage or mechanical issues immediately.
Maintain awareness of surroundings and ensure safe operations near other equipment or workers.
Follow company safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
Assist with other tasks as needed on the site.

High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
With TESDA NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation – Dozer (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years experience operating a bulldozer in construction or earthmoving sites
Proficient in clearing land, grading, sloping, and earthmoving operations
Knowledgeable in blade control, terrain reading, and equipment limits
Familiar with basic maintenance, pre-operation checks, and safety protocols
Able to interpret project plans, maps, and grading stakes
Good coordination and control for precise operation
Physically fit and able to work in rugged environments
Strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
