  • Proven experience operating motor graders in road or construction projects.
  • Understanding of grading principles, slope percentages, and drainage requirements.
  • Skilled in using control levers and adjusting blade angles for precision work.
  • Good physical condition and hand-eye coordination.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
  • With TESDA NC II in Heavy Equipment Operation – Motor Grader (preferred)
  • At least 2 years of experience operating road/motor graders
  • Skilled in grading, leveling, and shaping road surfaces to specifications
  • Knowledge in adjusting blade angles, slope control, and elevation settings
  • Strong understanding of road construction techniques and blueprint reading
  • Familiar with machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Adheres strictly to safety guidelines and job site regulations
  • Physically fit and able to work in various field conditions
  • Good communication skills and can coordinate with supervisors and team
