Compliance & Risk Officer is responsible for ensuring that all operational activities within a company adhere to relevant SOP and internal policies by conducting regular audits, monitoring processes, identifying potential compliance risks, and implementing corrective actions in order to mitigate of risk and non-compliant activities from occurring. 

• Monitor operation activities and system function to ensure them function normally. Analyzes to determine whether any risk factors exist or non-compliance activities occur in our business. 
• Follow SOP and policy to detect violations and gathering evidence/documents to analyze the root cause and synthesize data into a report with recommendations. 
• Identify and fix process weaknesses to prevent violations. 
• Execute due diligence to detect and identify the non-compliance or breaches. 
• To Gather and analyze data from accurate information to generate an initial list of problems and needs in internal checking. 
• Prepares a weekly and monthly operations reports to superior. 
• investigate when suspicious or potential risks occur. 

Qualification: 

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. 
2. Diploma holders are encouraged to apply. (Provide full training for trainees).  
3. Proficient in MS Office Applications and Spreadsheet. 
4. Candidates with at least 1-2 years of working experience in any fields. 
5. Effective in verbal and written communication skills.
