We’re looking for 16 skilled and safety-trained Riggers to support our expanding telecommunications projects across the region.

Qualifications:

Experience in telecom rigging, installation, or tower work

Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions

With safety training (e.g., Working at Heights, Basic Rigging) is an advantage

Duties and responsibilities

• Equipment installation: Install and secure telecom hardware, including antennas, radios, cables, amplifiers, and microwave dishes, both on the tower and on the ground.
• Structural work: Perform the erection, installation, and dismantling of telecommunications towers and other steel structures. This may also involve minor civil works.
• Cable termination and testing: Handle the termination and testing of various cables, such as coaxial and fiber optic, to ensure reliable network connections.
• Antenna alignment: Accurately align antennas to achieve optimal signal strength and coverage.
• Site maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repair on existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspection and reporting: Perform site inspections, create reports, and take correct site pictures for documentation.
• Safety compliance: Adhere strictly to industry safety standards and protocols, which includes wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring 100% tie-off when working at heights.
• Coordination: Work closely with the team leader, site engineer, and other team members to accomplish assigned tasks safely and on schedule.
