We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will be responsible for planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives. You will play a key role in optimizing product displays, inventory levels, and sales performance across various retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies in line with business goals and market trends.
• Plan and oversee the layout and display of products in retail spaces to maximize customer engagement and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and presented attractively.
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform future buying decisions.
• Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and store managers to ensure product availability and placement.
• Create visual merchandising plans, including planograms and display guidelines.
• Coordinate promotional activities and seasonal merchandising plans.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, product trends, and stock levels.

Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising software (e.g., planogram software).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel to retail locations as needed.
