- Assist customers, manage inventory, promote products, and achieve sales targets.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge, sales management, and customer management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, strong branding skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
