  • Engage customers and provide exceptional service
  • Assist with product selection and inquiries
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and promotions
  • Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy
  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in retail or sales preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong work ethic, and teamwork. Proficiency in marketing, merchandising, inventory management, and sales management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and a positive attitude.
