Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company’s portfolio of food and beverage products to retailers, wholesalers, and other clients.
• Maintain regular communication with assigned accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery.
• Execute sales strategies, promotions, and product placements in coordination with the marketing and merchandising teams.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends; provide feedback to management for business insights.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and account updates for review by supervisors or managers.
• Assist in collecting payments and ensuring compliance with company credit and payment policies.
• Represent the company professionally during client visits, trade shows, or promotional events.
• Perform other duties as required to support sales operations and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing, or beverage distribution.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic sales reporting.
• With valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client visits is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving.
