- Respond to client inquiries across multiple channels — Walk-ins, Email, Social Media (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram), and Website
- Update and maintain accurate sales information in the Client Database
- Assist in the delivery and preparation of client and supplier requirements
- Ensure all transactions are supported with valid documents and receipts
- Keep product displays neat, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day
- Maintain proper stock organization and conduct regular inventory counts
- Provide knowledgeable product assistance to customers
- Secure display items during closing operations
- Collaborate with the Senior Sales Associate in achieving team goals
- Assist clients in procurement requests (if assigned)
- Keep the workplace clean, organized, and safe
