  • Assist customers with product selections and inquiries
  • Maintain store appearance and organization
  • Engage customers, explain products, process transactions, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
  • Participate in inventory management and restocking
  • Educational Qualifications: Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or sales preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Must possess excellent communication skills, proficient in sales training and management, and customer service.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods, and flexible hours including weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, outgoing, proactive, and able to work well in a team environment.
