Sales Associate – High-End Furniture

Mall-based Showrooms (e.g., Power Plant, Shangri-La, Greenbelt, Uptown BGC)

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to represent our premium furniture brand in mall-based showrooms. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for interiors and luxury lifestyle products, and who enjoy engaging with clients to deliver exceptional service.

• Welcome and assist clients in the showroom, providing a personalized and premium customer experience.
• Develop a strong understanding of luxury furniture collections and recommend products tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling.
• Maintain the visual appeal and organization of the showroom, ensuring brand standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and after-sales support professionally.
• Support promotional activities, in-store events, and product launches.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• Prior retail sales experience (luxury retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with high-profile clients.
• Strong customer service orientation with an eye for detail and design.
• Proactive, driven, and target-oriented.
• Willing to work in mall-based showrooms and flexible with schedules (weekends and holidays included).
