Job Opportunity: Retail Sales Assistant

Location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / Takashimaya / Marina Bay Sands

Working Hours: 5 days work per week, 0930hrs to 2200hrs with 1-hour break 

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting Uchino brand products.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Conduct product presentations and educate customers on product features and aftercare instructions.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store's display and stock areas.

Requirements:

• Minimum secondary education with 1-2 years of working experience.
• Product training will be provided by the Sales Manager/Supervisor.
• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days a week with overtime payable.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for engaging English and Mandarin speaking customers

Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2000 to $2400 (Excluding Commission)
• Total Gross Salary (Average): $2800 to $3200 (Higher for high performers)
• Attendance and mobile allowances provided.
• Attractive commission and performance bonuses (both team and personal).
