Job Description:

• Supervise daily store operations and staff performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflow
• Monitor sales, inventory, and cash handling
• Implement company policies and standard procedures
• Resolve customer concerns and operational issues
• Assist in training, coaching, and staff scheduling

Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience (F&B or retail preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic reporting, inventory, and cash control knowledge
• Willing to work shifting schedules
