  • Train and mentor staff on service standards
  • Oversee health and safety regulations compliance
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager on strategic planning
  • Handle reservations and manage floor activity

المتطلبات

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service skills.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, evening and weekend shifts may be required.
  • Qualities and Traits: Leadership, problem-solving abilities, team-oriented and proactive approach.
