• Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and manage restaurant staff, fostering a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain food quality and timely delivery of orders.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure consistency and maintain budgetary goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in HRM or any related field

Polite, Honest, and Trustworthy

With at least 6 months of relevant experience (preferred)

Can work in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (for both staff and customer interaction)

Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent dining experience

Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
