• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest complaints and resolving issues promptly
• Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff, including scheduling shifts and conducting performance evaluations
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage budgets, control costs, and meet or exceed revenue goals
• Oversee food quality, presentation, and consistency in service
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to attract and retain customers
• Maintain records of income, expenses, payroll, and employee performance

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Familiarity with restaurant management software (POS systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or alike
• Can start ASAP
